Our group practice is modeled after several thriving group practices around the country. During late nights and early mornings together, while holding space for new arrivals, we began to brainstorm what a more sustainable midwifery practice could look like. Running from one birth to another and trying to hold all the ends of a solo practice together alone felt too heavy, so we turned to each other. We leaned on one another during the busy seasons and decided that supporting each other in a group practice would allow us to fight burn-out, and provide a stable, high level of care to our clients.

We truly believe in the group practice model: that having three midwives from varying backgrounds and experiences allows our clients to have the best possible outcomes.
